Grand Opening Sale on Etsy – DCCreativeSewing
It is time for a Grand Opening Sale!! I opened an Etsy store, DCCreativeSewing, the first of January 2020, and was planning to have a grand opening sale, but then the Covid-19 happened. So, now it’s the end of June and a great time for a sale! Sale runs from Thursday, June 18, 2020 (today) until next Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
The projects – wall hangings, small quilts, lace items, and other projects are 15% off the price. The patterns from Texas Prairie Quilts are 10% off the price. Now is a great time to think about upcoming birthdays or even Christmas gifts. Also, a few items to decorate your home. There are a couple of July 4th projects to decorate your home as well.
Also, it is a great time to purchase a new quilt pattern or if you love quilting and embroidery, then a new project. There are four quilting and embroidery patterns complete with a CD with embroidery designs and instructions for making a fun, seasonal wall hanging. Here is the Summer Fun with some adorable ants stitched on the picnic tablecloth along with a couple of watermelon, butterfly, basket of berries, and sparklers! Who doesn’t like some sparklers for their summer?
Texas Prairie Quilts Patterns
My good friend, Susan Masters, a member of the design team at DCCreativeSewing, is a fourth generation quilter, a quilt designer and teaches beginning and advanced quilting at her local Bernina store. She holds a Masters of Art in Design and Dramatic Production from Baylor University. She continued her studies at Yale and La Romita School of Arts in Terni, Italy.
Her quilt patterns are available, including her best sellers, so check out the category Texas Prairie Quilts. Again, all patterns are 10% off! Susan is excited to have her work featured on DCCreativeSewing.
If you want the full story about opening the Etsy shop, DCCreativeSewing, then check out the Happy New Year 2020! New Opportunities blog I wrote earlier in the year. With the Covid-19 pandemic, it hasn’t taken off like I expected, but as I stated in that blog post at the end, “And so I keep showing up and taking the next step, even though it seems slow.”
Thanks for letting me share! Keep those machines buzzing!
Until next time,
Dawn
